Grades to get into a good college?

Are my grades good enough to get into college and become a nurse?

• I'm 17, I am a senior in High school. First I would like to start of saying that from grades 8-now ,I was dealing with home issues,emotional issues(depression),and being teased at school/bullied , I know my grades could have been better but I try not to be so hard on myself because I really did well despite all i'v e been through. I'm not making excuses either, I accept full responsibility for whatever I have done or have not done to have just excellent grades. I am a perfectionist so yea.. I'd like to explain why it is that I have an F in English I ,but took Honors and A.P English in 11th and now in 12th. I had a teacher who belittled our whole class-who ended up being fired after we went to 10th grade.It was an Honors English II class,she thought we knew all of the stuff and never taught us, but instead told us how we were stupid and stuff because our previous teachers didn't teach it and we were being put from 8th grade into a 10th grade English Class. She only catered to the people who kissed up to her and I don't kiss as* so she hated that , I was tolerant with her and her smart remarks but one day she pushed me too far and I stormed out of the classroom and got my schedule changed, my parents were called and the guidance counselor talked to them, she said that Honors Students like me had gone there and come out with F's and other parents complained about it and she said that was the last straw because she'd never seen me angry/upset like that before. It baffled my parents I had an F on my report card but English is one of my best subjects. Anyway, I want to be a Nurse when I graduate , I only took my ACT once , I know I have to take it again , i'm taking it in December. I got an 18 on my first try my guidance counselor said that was really good for a first try, I scored highest in English, a 19 and a 17 in Science ,the other two sections I didn't finish. These are my grades on my transcript from grades 8-12,(because I took Alg. 1 in middle school)The last grade on each section is the final grade. Grade 8 Alg 1 Honors- C,C,C Grade 9 Biology I Honors-C, B,C English I- F,B,C PHYS.ED- B, B,B Senior Band I- B,A,A Geometry- C, C,C World History- B,B,B Grade 10 Algebra 2-B,C,C Chemistry I- A,B,B English Honors II- A,B,A Keyboard/Doc Layout- A,A,A Keyboard/Doc Format- A,A,A Senior Band IV- B,B,C Spanish I-B,C,C, U.S History- B,A,B Grade 11 Anatomy and Physiology- B,A,A A.P Eng Composition- B,B,B A.P U.S History- A,A,A, Banking Finance-A,A,A, Senior Band V-A,A,A, Spanish II- C,C,C Grade 12 A.P Literature- A Calculus-C Physics-C Physical Science(Didn't take it in 9th so I have to this year) A Art-A Banking and Finance- B Environmental Science- B Are my grades good enough to go to college and become an RN? I'm ranked 29 out of 200 in our class also. Thank you :3
