A public school in your home state would be most affordable unless you qualify for scholarships. See link below to find schools in your area. If you are considering a career in medicine, look for colleges that have good pre-health professions advisory services (look at their websites, visit them, etc.) In the USA, you have to take undergraduate premedical courses before you can go to medical school and you have to have an MD before you can start a pediatric residency (paid) to become a pediatrician. You can major in meteorology/atmospheric sciences and then go on to medical school. You just have to take the premedical coursework required by the medical schools you might like to attend. You are likely to have to take general chemistry for meteorology and it is also required by medical schools. The math required for meteorology is more than enough for medical school. The physics required for meteorology may or may not be the same as that required for med school. So you might have to take general physics, biology and organic chemistry for pre-med in addition to the classes required for meteorology. In high school take four or five years of math, physics, earth science, chemistry, and biology. You will need to be good at math and earth science.

Meteorology: I can't help you with colleges/universities, but you will need 'A' level maths, physics and geography, preferably at A* grade . With a possible fourth subject in chemistry. Pediatrician : You need to go to a university medical school. Read to become a doctor. Then specialise in pediatrics. To go to Medical School in the UK your will need A* grades in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, with a possible fourth subject in maths. Good luck !!!!
