What college is the best for Cinematography?

Will I be able to get into a good college or university?

• I'm currently a junior in his second semester of high school. I don't have the best grades, but I am determined to be successful in the future somehow. So in Freshman year I did okay, but not too great. I received a 3.4 GPA in Freshman year. Sophomore year I screwed up. I received a 2.9 GPA Sophomore year. Last semester, I received a 3.75 GPA. Assuming that I get straight A's this semester aside from French 7-8, I'll have a 4.28 GPA. Next year, I won't be taking my two weaknesses: Science and French. I'll be taking Math Analysis Honors, AP English, Cinematography, AP Psychology, AVID (College prep), Government, and one other undecided course. My two biggest weaknesses are Language and Science since I am very weak at memorization, so I will most likely not taking either next year. So basically, the highest GPA I can receive is a 3.66. I have also been studying for the SAT for months. I've taken the PSAT twice and I received a score of 1800 last time, which isn't too bad, considering that I took the PSAT two days after my father passed away. I will be studying prep booklets, AVID is a prep course for college and the SAT's/ACT, and I might even take an additional class to help me out. I'm aiming for a 2100 or higher for the SAT, and I think I'm capable of such a thing. Again, my father passed away junior year... so receiving a 3.7 GPA and a potential 4.28 GPA is pretty impressive, I'm guessing. As for extra curricular activities, I have done the following: -Stepping Stone Players musicals (for three years) -Football (for one year) -Track and Cross Country (for one year) -Journalism (so far one year, and I will be continuing next year) And over the summer, I will either be doing volunteer work at an animal shelter or hospital. I have 80 hours of community service so far, but obviously through the volunteer work over the summer that might double, or even triple. Additionally, I have been very passionate about writing scripts. So far, I have written two full movie scripts that took months to write, and I did it on my spare time. I collected years of inspiration from various sources and using my own imagination and creativity, I wrote out two full scripts that actually need to be cut way down due to the excessive length. I will also be writing at least 2 more before November comes by. Additionally, my friend was kind enough to hire an agent so those scripts can possibly get somewhere in the future. Will that be something impressive and unique about be to colleges? I apologize for the long explanation, but I'm really worried about all this stuff. Will I be able to get into a good college or university? Thank you!

  No forget all about college I suggest finding a nice box and a comfy spot on the street.......no your fine lol dude if you think you did bad sophomore and freshman year you don't even want to know how badly I did but I picked myself up junior and senior year and am not having to much trouble with colleges yeah I'm not going to a really nice one but not bad ones either trust me man as long as you stayed determined and calm you will be just fine
