Can you go to sixth form then college then university?

Yes it's possible, but why would you? Sixth Form and college usually offer the same courses, so there's no point in going to college after Sixth Form unless you fail your A-Levels first time round. Alternatively you may be going to college to do a vocational course, in which case you probably won't be going to university.
