What is the med school like?

What are my chances of getting into med school?

  • I got 2.2 on my first year in college, mainly because I had a viral infection that effected my cognitive abilities. I got a 3.8 on my second year, and I'm currently majoring in engineering but i also plan on doing all the pre med course requirements. My question is if i get above 3.5 the next couple of years, what are my chances of getting into a top tier med school. please only answer if you actually work at a med school or if you're a pre med or med student

  • Answer:

Well theres a lot more to med school than just grades. There are leadership things and extra-curriculars and internships you need. But if you keep up your grades and if you are attending a good school, I'd say grades shouldnt be a gigantic problem.
