Which of my top college choices can I get into?

Unweighted GPA: 3.2-3.3 Weighted Gpa : 3.5 9th Grade - 3 Honors, Arabic 1 and 4 other classes. 10th Grade - 2 Honors, 1 AP and an accelerated math class in the summer and Arabic 2. 11th Grade - 3 APs, Pre-Calculus, Latin 1 and 3 other classes. 12th Grade - I'm taking 4 more AP classes. Extra Curriculars: JV and Varsity Football (Going to be 3 years) JV and Varsity Wrestling (Going to be 4 years) 200+ Hours of Volunteer Work (4 years) Science Honor Society (Going to be 3 years) Invisible Children's Clubs (Going to be 2 years) College Partnership (Going to be 3 years) Summer Engineering Camp (1 year) Worked 1 summer SAT: 2110 AP's taken: World History, Psychology, US History and English Language & Comp First generation, Bangladeshi American and my school doesn't have a definite ranking system but I surprisingly have one of the higher gpas with a 3.5 weighted.....most kids here in this part of Northern Virginia don't care as much about college. Half my class is full of potheads and if I were to estimate I am definitely in the top quarter with my gpa, if not top 10%. A lot of kids here are smart but they just end up going through NOVA and transferring later. I used to think like those kids but I got my unweighted gpa over 3.0 my sophomore year. Before then I had no hopes of going to college. I am a very intelligent kid but I just realized that too late. School is a non ranked Highschool, big and offers a lot but most kids don't even take AP classes or Honors. Schools I'm definitely Applying to Virginia Tech (Instate) JMU (Instate) William and Mary (Early Decision, Instate ) VCU (Instate) Penn State Ohio State University of Miami (Big Reach) Wake Forest (Big Reach) Senior year I'm taking AP Biology, AP Lit, AP Gov and Ap Calc AB. There is a major upward trend in my gpa every year and the lowest grades I got were 2 C+ in Arabic 1 and Accelerated summed Geometry.

Your GPA is very low (especially the weighted), but your SAT isn't that bad. Your ECs are above average. Being first generation is a boost. If you had said you wanted to get into an Ivy, that would be a definite "no." However, the schools you're applying to are decent and your stats are above decent, so you should be able to get in.
