Which school is better for me? Five Towns College or Binghamton University?

Which school is better for me? Five Towns College or Binghamton University? I have been going to Five Towns College for 2 years, now. I have like a 3.7 gpa. I can definitely get into Binghamton, however, the problem is I am a Music Major. I am not too sure how Binghamton's music department is. Five Towns College is a music school. I am afraid my GPA may go down a little bit if I go to Binghamton. So which is better? Graduating from Five Towns College on their Honor Society (Phi Sigma Eta) and graduating with Honors. And possibly being on their student Government, (since I have been working with them for a while, I am pretty much next in line.) Or.. Binghamton University, graduating with a 3.3 (hopefully a 3.7 and up)? Maybe even being on their Honor Society,
