What should I prepare for studying abroad?

How can i prepare myself for studying biomedical engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology?

  • i am 13 years old....any advice on how i can prepare myself for studying undergraduate biomedical engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology

  • Answer:

Take as many science credits as you possibly can. Emphasize biological sciences in your schedule. Take AP Biology, Chemistry, or Physics if your school offers them. GIT is very competitive and the courses are rigorous. You'll need a 3.7-3.8 GPA to likely get in and a ~1800 SAT score would be suggested. Take lots of extracurricular activities and get in a lot of volunteer hours to make your application look nicer. Because of the rigor of the GIT curriculum, take the most difficult courses your school offers, and, if you have the chance, joint enroll at a local college junior or senior year.
