Will graduating from cosmetology school in high school hurt my chances of scholarships to a university?
-
I'm a high school junior looking into entering cosmetology school (along with still attending high school). In Ohio you just have to be at least 16 and have completed the 10th grade to enter cosmetology school. I have done both. I want to go to cosmetology school and work as a hairdresser to pay my way through college. Will going to cosmetology school now hurt my chances of getting scholoarships to a university? thanks!

Answer:
I highly doubt it. But double check with your college of choice. Good Luck! :D

I don't think it would, but I would recommend talking to your school counselor and ask for their advice. They are supposed to help you with important questions about what to do during and after high school.
