What american university should i attend out of....?

  I'd go to University of California of University of Virginia. The top ten universities such as UPENN are really overrated. My friend goes there and he says that all the people do there are work and **** up the curves.But eh maybe that is just an ivy thing? UVA and Cal are both really good schools as well, but and are most likely more fun. If you pretty much want to just **** around for a full year and do like no work then go to Texas or Arizona.It pretty much comes down to preference....and probably money?
