UCI chance of acceptance?

• I was just rejected from UCSD and UCI is the only one I'm waiting for. biochemistry major 4.05 weighted GPA (rank 20 out of about 1000 students) 4.11 unweighted GPA (rank 14 out of about 1000 students) but I had 2 Cs in history 1770 SAT 630 Math level II SAT II extracurricular activities are average: volunteered at a hospital for a year key club, psych club, physics club newspaper writer (junior year) and student life editor (senior year) CSF secretary my junior year CSF senior rep senior year My two personal essays have both been read and editted by my AP English teacher I was fine getting rejected by UCSD but I can't even express how much I want to get in to UCI. Some of my friends have gotten their acceptance letters to UCI. I'm just so anxious that I actually check my email every hour even though they don't post decisions after 9 am. The last day for the decisions to come out is March 31. Please tell me if I still have a chance.

  I'm sure you know at this point that no one can give you your chances. They can tell you how your scores, GPA, and ECs are compared to past acceptances, but that is really it. Your GPA is on par. Your SATs are low compared to past accepted students and that could hurt you. Your ECs are decent. Your personal statement must also be considered, and that's in the eye of the beholder. Combining all these factors shows you are up there with past students accepted into UCI and you definitely have a chance. However, college admissions is a mysterious world, and no one except UC admissions officers who are comparing you to other current applicants can give you your chances.
