What are my chances of getting into Boston University?

Chances of getting into Emerson Colleege or Boston University?

  • I'm going to be a junior this year and just found out that for my GPA Freshman & Sophomore year is a 3.59. I also took the SATs this past June as a Sophomore and got a 1770. 650 Reading. 620 Writing. 500 Math. I haven't taken Algebra 2 yet (since I was only a Sophomore, which is why I did so poorly on Math). I plan on taking a class and raising those scores. I also play tennis for the school team, am in a community service club, french club, and sign language club. I am also in French Honor Society. I'm also taking honors history this year (first honors class in high school yet) & AP Human Geography (my first AP class in high school). If I do well this year, how high do you think that I could get my GPA?

Try challenging yourself to take more AP or honor classes, it looks like you can handle it. Keep your grades up to A's and B's. After all that make sure your making a good impression so your teachers can write you a great letter of reccommendation. You will have a good chance after that.
