Medical school is 4 years. College is generally 4 years but some spend only 3 or up to 5. This is the traditional route. There are others. The specializations you listed come after med school. The other answerer is right in saying that if you can't research this yourself you most likely don't have what it takes. Look into other career options. Then you need to learn how to use Google.

if you're not savvy enough to google that, you should not go to medical school. Just kidding. It's usually 8 years on top of normal college.
