Can you get into university of California,Berkeley college with a 3.5 GPA?

just by your GPA alone, sorry but its very very unlikely. however, if you have lots of awards in a sport, you're an officer in every club on campus, you excel in something artistic, play an instrument, volunteer a lot for community service, write a kicka$$ essay, and get over 2200 in SAT, then yes, you will definitely have a chance. trust me, there are a lot of things they look at before they accept someone. If its too late to improve your GPA, the least you could do is try your best on everything else. good luck.

Yes, if you are a great athelete or have something special that Berkeley wants. You are over the minimum of 3.3. Realistically no as you are way below the average of those accepted.
