Can you Give me the black list colleges in the UK?

Can someone give me a list of colleges that allow you to bring a pet to the dorm?

  • there are 3 years left until i apply for college (maybe 2 years). i dont want to go to a community college since i despise them and are basically for failures at high school who barley pass sat tests and stuff. i want to bring my cat with me and possibly my bird to the dorm. so if someone could be so kind as to list all of the colleges that allow pets and have dorms to stay at. the college/ university has to be one that speaks english. NO spanish or russian or french or any other languages (foreign students dont count since they would probably have to know english in order to attend). it would also be appreciated if you give an estimated price of how much it costs to attend the college/ university, how much for the dorm stay, etc. p.s- only schools that allow pets and have dorms!

  • Answer:

Some colleges allow pets like cats, but there are VERY few--and in some cases, even the ones that have them only have a couple of dorms that allow them. Anyway. These schools do: Eckerd Stephens Washington and Jefferson Principa CalTech U Illionis Urbana-Champaign U Idaho MIT (with consent of roomies) SUNY Canton Lehigh (only the Greek system, and only 1 to a sorority or frat However...keep in mind that it may be good for you, ut it's not the nicest thing to do to your animal. Rooms are quite small, and you will be at class for much of the day. That means the cat doesn't have much room to roam and don't get much attention from you. You may also feel constricted from making new friends or attending parties, since you'll feel like you need to be with your cat.

Honestly, good luck! Your extreme grammatical errors, as well as spelling errors, show me that you are one of those "failures at high school who *barely* pass SAT tests and stuff". Learn to spell, learn to write, and learn to capitalize.

If that's how you're planning to narrow things down, consider them narrowed. Dorms do not allow pets, unless that pet happens to be a fish. There are issues of cleanliness and allergies, not to mention the fact that you're usually sharing a room with a person who might not like your pet. Piece of advice? Grow up. We all leave home eventually, and that means leaving things behind that we'd rather not. If you can't deal with that, you aren't ready to be thinking about going away to college.

Is this your criteria for choosing a college? Try clown college, they work with tigers.

As far as I am aware no college in the US allows pets

Really, you will have to get an apartment off campus. In dorm, you will get people accusing you of keeping an animal prisoner in your room. There are people who feel it is very cruel to keep a bird in a cage. They will hassle you if they ever see it. And since maybe only 10 schools will allow it, this greatly limits your possibilities.

Drop off your pets at the Humane Society on your way to college.
