Can you flash a Blackberry to work on Metro PCS?

Will this Blackberry Sprint work on metro pcs? 10 Points.?

• I recently bought a BB sprint, but I have metro pcs. They both don't require a sim card so that's one pro. Problem is? My dad is paying for my bill, and when I went to get a BB from Metro they told me that I have to pay an additional 50 every month. But my father said no. And I don't have the money every month. So instead I bought a Sprint BB for $70. I was thinking, if I flash it will it work on my metro carrier? and will I still have to pay an additional 50? My sister does this with her Android that's from Sprint, and she never pays any extra money. Any help? Thank you.

  if you flash it they won't charge you, but the problem is you will only use it as a normal phone to text and call. In other words the smartphone becomes a dumbphone. You can use web browser, call, and text. You won't be able to use bbm, push email and messaging, or app worlds. If that's okay with you then just ask for it to get flashed and you only pay for it to get flashed and 20$ for the phone change. (:
