Can I use Microsoft publisher 2010 to create a website?

  • I was asked to create a website for someone, however, I am not experienced creating websites. I do not know any computer languages such as html or java so I need a program that can help me create a great looking website without having to input computer languages. I know publisher 2007 had a website feature. does publisher 2010 have a feature to create a website and if so where is it located? are there other programs you might recommend that are better than publisher to create a great website without having to input computer language?
