A comcast basic cable question, I'm missing some channels.?
-
Well, I have an HDTV and have basic cable with comcast. It's really all I need and up until a couple of weeks ago, I was able to watch most of my channels. All of a sudden, some of my channels don't work, including channel 38 which is CLTV and comcast sports net +. I call comcast they said I need a converter adapter or something. Is something wrong with my cable?? I didnt need the adapter before, I dont understand why I need it now. Any help with this??

Answer:
They moved the channels to the digital tier and you can order a digital adapter for free from their website while the transition is in the beginning stages. There is also no additional monthly fee for the adapter
