My sound went out on my TV.How can I hook up computer speakers to get sound I use an antenna.?

I have a 2 yr old HD/flat screen TV. the sound went out so I connected computer speakers to the cable box and TV. Now want to ditch cable and go w/antenna.How can I bypass the TV speakers and hook up my computer speakers????

I would suggest getting a cheap reciever. your tv may have optical out. if it does go optical out to reciever and hook ur speakers up to the reciever.

Make sure you have not turned off the speaker in your tv's audio setup. Otherwise you will need to install a TV card in your pc and tune it to whatever show you are watching on your TV. A better idea will be to see what other types of audio outputs you tv has and find away to use them. Maybe as simple as external speakers but I doubt it. Probably red and white rca audio jacks that could connected to an amp.
