How can I get my money back from direct tv?

• A few months ago my daughter wanted to get direct tv for her room she called them to start up her account and they told her she needed a bank account are major credit card at that time she informed them she didn't have one so the rep asked her if she knew anybody that will let them use there account so my daughter asked me if she can start up her account with my card and she gave me the money so I told direct tv they can run my card at no time did they explain to me or her my card info was going to be stored on file, so my daughter was paying her bill on time and a couple of times she paid by phone with my card because she didn't want to be late in which she gave me the money for her bill, one month she called to pay her bill and a rep told her that she had a credit on her account so nothing was due so she didn't have to pay anything so the following month she got a bill for 180.00 doubled her reg bill and when she called they told her it was for non payment she begin to explain to them when she called the previous month to pay the bill they told her she didn't have a balance so a couple months later they disconnected her account for non payment because she was never able to catch up this was in june although she paid on the bill it wasn't the full amount but they still shut off her services. So yesterday I was checking my bank account to see if any extra cash available and they stated my account was -945.00 I was shocked so when I talked to a banker they stated direct tv try to run my account over 15x and the very last transaction for a $1000 was approved I was dumb founded do to the fact I dont have direct tv nor have I ever had direct tv and I didn't give them permission to charge my account. I called direct tv and they stated because I gave my daughter permission to use my card to make a payment on her account they can charge whatever card they had on file I told then people I'm not a customer and I didn't give them the ok to charge my account I don't care how many times I let my daughter pay her bill it was her money she just didn't have a account they stated person verbal contract agreement they can do that they never disclosed that information nor did I agree to something like that now I'm at the point where they said if my daughter deactivate her account I will get a partial refund so she did that and now they stating I can't get non of my money back they are going to credit her account with the money and that's not acceptable one of the supervisors told me they will credit my card back in 5 business days and another supervisor say they can't do that I'm so pissed because they basically stole money from me and it's not my direct tv account I don't know what else to do they keep giving me the run around
