Don't have directions for watch but how do it get it to stop beeping every hour?

its like a sports watch but every hour it beeps i dont know the make it doesnt say it has 2 buttons on the right and two on the left the top left one makes it light up the bottom left one has a time the alram setting and the time and date setting the top right one has the dat the bottom right one has the alram time ive already turned the alarm off but their is a little person that blinks in the middle of the watch where it shows you if the alarm is on or not
