Can I use my PS3 or WII as a router for my XBOX360?
-
I have all three consoles (ps3,wii,xbox360), my ps3 and wii are online via wireless lan to a wireless router. I was wondering if i can hook my xbox360 by lan cat5 cable to my ps3 or wii and then use my ps3 or wii as a router to hook my xbox360 to xboxlive Thanks

Answer:
Nay, unfortunately you can't. I had this idea as well because xbox's wireless add on is an outrageous $100. You can read up on it on ign.com. Apparently they announced no router functionality even on the newest ps3 (which reportedly will have 3 cat5 connections, a baffling addition considering you won't be able to use it as a router) @ this years E3... Sorry brother. .

No, i don't think so. The PS3 is not a router.
