How to clean my Sony Portable DVD Player?

I have a Sony Portable CD/DVD Player DVP-FX930...and would like to watch downloaded marketing videos on it...?

• When I got this player, I bought some DVD+-R and later learned I couldn't burn DVD videos onto a DVD-ROM disc. Since I have a CD Rewritable, I thought I could download/burn videos on my CD Rewritable disc, using a CD+-R disc...and play on DVD player... How would I go about doing this? All I want to do is watch videos I study that I've downloaded. Any suggestions?
