Can you Watch TV through the Internet?

Can I cancel my tv cable and use the internet to watch tv?

  • All my wife and I really watch are reruns of Bones, Seinfeld, Frasier, Forensic Files. So, obviously, we never watch TV. i'd like to know what my options are for online viewing and, if possible, some advice about getting the signal from the internet to the TV...just general advice there, I'll take care of the detailed connections, etc.

  • Answer:

Netflix is a great source, you can continue watching Bones reruns on there and plenty of shows as well. Also, Hulu is another source I use when i'm in college and can't watch the shows on the time slot the networks have since i'm too busy studying or just forget. Also, a lot of networks post the shows the day after, just depends on which show. CBS is the worst in these. You can barely get a new episode out of them and when you do it's only one out of the entire season. They just keep clips.

Other answers

You can, but only if the content you want is actually on the internet. Your best bet for that is to connect your computer to your TV.
