Confused on phantom power /usb power supply for microphones.?

Confused on phantom power /usb power supply for microphones.? I want to purchase a condenser mic so i can record directly onto my laptop. I have seen the microphones that are especially made for that, but I really liked one I saw that used phantom power. My question is.. SInce I have available a direct power supply (wall outlet) can I use one of these phantom power mics directly onto my computer? Is there a usb cable that connects to the phantom power microphone???

If you want to use it on a laptop then a phantom powered mic is useless!!!A phantom powered mic need a 48V power supply to work!!Only dedicated mixers works with this kind of mics!
