How much is the Zune HD going to be?

My zune HD is going crazy.?

I've had my zune HD for a few years now and its never given me a problem, well just a few days ago it started turning itself off when im using it and sometimes the music is really high pitched and fast, like it sounds like a chipmunk and then sometimes its really deep and slow. its really weird and i dont know what to do. i really love my zune and i hope i can fix it. If anyone knows what I can do about it please let me know.
