Using a two pin headset on a 1 pin two way radio?

I have had an eye on these Cobra radios but one of the problems is that the type of headset is a single pin while my previous ones 1 2.5mm mic port as well as a 3.5mm audio output. Hopefully someone will know how to use a 2 pin headset on a radio with a 1 pin input.
