Is it possible to record xbox/ps3 with a motorola HD PVR if so how?

It can record tv but i cant figure out how to record xbox if it can...

Answer:
It cannot. All it can record is TV from the cable tuners. It does that by more or less writing the already digital/compressed received bitstream to its HDD. You need a DVR which has an analog video input and encoder/compressor chip, which the cable box lacks.
