Is it possible if i can add my contacts from my old BBM to my new one?

i have got a new blackberry .. and i have over 400 contacts on my old blackberry. is there any chance if i can get them moved without adding them individually? Thanksssss :)

Well if you have Verizon they can transfer your contacts for you. I'm not sure about any other company but I have Verizon and my store does it for free. Think some bigger stores charge 9.99 to do it.
