Which is the best capture device/card to record Xbox Live? *No HD PVR*?

I plan on getting a capture device to record my xbox live gameplay. Ive been browsing on the internet and i was wondering which one is the best for under $100. is this any good? Dazzle Video Creator Plus HD

The Dazzle Video Creator Plus HD is good but not HD. It has more features than the basic Dazzle like transitions, effects, and such but the same picture quality. If you're serious about recording then you will probably have to pay more than 100 but for basic quality all around the dazzle is the best for around 100.
