How do I remove the Be Naughty from facebook?

How do you remove an old Facebook status that is no longer current from a Windows Phone 7 device?

• I have a Samsung Focus running Windows Phone 7 (WP7). The Facebook application keeps updating an old status from weeks ago that has been deleted. It takes the old status and places it in the 'Me' tile beside the picture under 'What's New' and beside my picture in the 'People' tile. I can update my status from any of these locations, and it will post it in the list of feeds & on my Wall in Facebook, but it continually maintains this old status at the top regardless. I have tried all combinations of rebooting the device, uninstalling the Facebook app, logging in/out, and have just completed a factory reset. Upon installing the Facebook app from scratch, it has pulled the old status again and inserted it at all locations in the device. I have deleted the old status from the Facebook account on the PC, and removed all status updates from Windows Live. This leads me to believe that the old status is being maintained and pushed through from the actual Facebook account somehow, even though it was deleted and gone last week. Any insight that you might have would be greatly appreciated.
