Does the SYNC have multimedia?

IPhone sync w/ Itunes?!?!?!?

About a week ago my computer crashed and I got it fixed, but all of my music was deleted. I got my music to sync from my iphone to sync to itunes but everytime i buy a new song from the itunes store on my computer & I want it to sync into my iphone i have to erase all my songs from my phone and replace it with the songs in my library... which basically means if i want to sync one song that i bought from itunes on my computer i have to re-sync all the songs everytime. So is there any way I can just sync the song I bought and not all of them?? Thankyou:)

yeah im sorry to say but there is nothing you can do. i have had the same problem many times and what i learnt to do is just downlod all the songs i like the illegal way. i no its bad but if you already had them on your ipod you should be aloud but after that i stopped and did it the right way.
