Which is better direct tv, cable tv or dish network?

I have had Direct TV and currently have Dish. The only reason i switched is about 5 years ago, Dish carried a particular channel that Direct did not. In my opinion, they are both excellent services and if I didn't have one I would have the other. I will never go back to cable again. Both Direct and Dish have extensive information on their respective web sites and both have excellent phone reps to answer questions.

You will only get local television services on DirectTV for the Largest Markets (Los Angeles, NYC, Chicago, etc), Dish carries local stations in almost all markets, including Wyoming, where i live. The cost for Dish/Direct is comparable to Cable if you consider that satellite does not include Internet or telephone options.
