Where can I get Arabic channels without dish in the US?

Can anyone teach me how to install dish antena (single or multi) and tune the receiver to get channels?

  Most customer installable dish systems come with instructions. In a nutshell: You look up your lat/long or town in the setup guide, to get relative az/el/skew, and set your pole up to get the relatove view of the sky you need. You assemble the dish and set it for the skew and elevation per the guide. You set it on the pole, connect the LNBF to your receiver, set the receiver to the tuning channel on the tuning screen, then for the best quality. To get channels you just change to the channels. If they are encrypted, you need to subscribe to them with a provider.
