Could Somebody help me figure out how long a LED light will burn using 2 D batteries ?

    if you mean how long the will light up (they do not actually "burn")? http://www.techlib.com/reference/batteries.html D cell has about 12000 mAH Led's run around .020 amps or 20 mA You will need two D cells in series to get the 3 volts that the LED needs. 12000/20 = 600 that would be 600 hours. the green would be a tad longer since it uses less volts (but not much) .

Two D size cells never able to burn a 3.2V LED. To burn a LED is quite easy. It burns instantly if you plug LED into 115V wall outlet. Or you can make a 4.5V power source with three batteries. Connect LED directly to this power source. LED shall be burnt in a few minutes.
