How do you upload a picture onto y!a?

Is there a digital picture frame that you can upload pictures to directly from your smartphone over the web?

• I am looking to get my dad a digital picture frame for Hanukah. He got one years ago but never uses it because he won't take the time to download pictures to the computer then upload them back onto the picture frame. I figure the only way he is going to use it is if he can actually take a picture on his smartphone (Motorola Droid) and then click the share button and upload it directly to the digital picture frame that way. Does such a thing exist?
