How can I find something very important I lost ?

• Your Open Question: How to find something very important I lost???? I know it sounds weird but I had these $35 rare earth magnets. I took them to school. I had language arts first. I definitely had them then. I had science next. I had them then. Then I had lunch. I had them then. I had music and had them then. Then I had math. I think I had them then but I'm not sure. If I did, I gave them to my friend to mess with. She says she gave them to someone else but the other girl says she didn't have them. my other friend says I got them back. If i did get them backt I think I may have stuck them under a desk and forgot about them. Ive looked under all desks In math class. I have a rotating scheldule so I had math second period today. I looked under desks and couldn't find them. Where could they be. If someone from first period took them how can I get them back? How can I find my magnets?????? Please help me!!!! Sorry about category but I didn't know where to put it Ok so I'm almost positive had them. If they aren't under the desk then Waht are the chances some one took them to lost and found. My teacher hasn't seen them.

  The most likely scenario is that someone else kept them instead of returning them to you, and that you will probably never see them again. Such is the price, literally, of not responsibly keeping track of your things. A cheap compass could be used to sense an inordinately strong magnetic field where there shouldn't be one -- such as as in someone's pocket or pack. This may or may not lead to the recovery of your magnets. Any electronic device you could use to try to locate them by sensing their magnetism would cost at least two to three times as much as the magnets themselves.
