How to get your voice to playback through your speakers while you talk?

    On Windows XP. click the speaker icon in the system tray, un mute "Microphone". On Windows 7. right click the speaker icon in the system tray, then 'Recording Devices', find 'Microphone', right-click it then 'Properties', in the 'Listen' Tab, enable 'Listen this device'. Also, you can use some other software which allows to recording from speakers and microphone at the same time, in this case, you need to avoid getting you voice through the speakers. For Windows 7, you can try NowSmart Talkin.
