How to burn files to a DVD disc?

• You see...I am trying to burn my ps2 game to a DVD. But every time I put the disc in the ps2 it says no data. I compared it with my other disc to see what the problem was and I realized that I did not extract the files from the iso file. After I did that, I burned it to a new disc but the same problem happened. I noticed there was one more thing different between the 2 disc. When I put it into my computer, both disc are the same brand and same type. It says on the discs that it is 4.7gb. But one of the disc on the computer says "3.80gb taken up of 3.8gb". The other one says "3.8gb taken up of 4.7gb". I have tried many times to fix this but I cannot find how. Can someone tell me if that is the problem of the disc not being playable and if it is can someone please tell how to make the disc exactly the same memory as the file and no free space left. Thanks.   If you are copying a ps2 disc to your computer and then trying to burn a copy, you won't get the same TOC. What you need to do is copy it directly from the ps2 disc to the blank. That does take 2 drives, a player and a burner.
