How can I stream video to all clients?

I need to join an Audio and Video stream from my satellite receiver with another Video stream from my server.?

• I need to join an Audio and Video stream from my satellite receiver with another Video stream from my media server. I need these two Video and one Audio streams scaled to fit one display. I need to be able to output this joined signal to two TV displays. I have asked my Satellite provider if this was ok and for help. They didn't have any problem with us doing this but they had no software or hardware that would help meet our needs. What is the best way and what products would you reccomend to accomplish this task? What we want is a window to display company info, status updates, bulletins, alerts, charts, graphs, and graphics in one window and in the other window have a video feed to attract the attention of our target audience(satellite TV). Audio would be that of the Satellite video feed.

  If I were to do this, i would get the video feed from the satellite receiver, send it to one TV. Send your computer f video feed from the computer to the other TV. Take the audio from the satellite receiver and send it to a stereo or if needed a surround sound stereo. Mute both TVs and your good to go. I own a Panasonic Veria HDTV, my computer needed no special cables to hook up to this TV. And it is a the same connection you see on the back of computer monitors. If your not using two screens, just get a TV that has Picture in Picture abilities and the ability to hook a computer to.
