DSI. Putting Music on SD card.. It says it only reads AAC files?

So I have a DSi. And I have an SD card. All my music is mp3 file. And I tried placing it in SD but then it doesnt read my on DSi. How do I get music on to the SD card that my DSi will read? And what is an AAC file? Do you know of any converters that can turn my MP3 files in to AAC files?

AAC is a audio format used by apple, which comes with many extensions, but for the dsi, you need m4a file extension. Here's a converter i found. I turns all of your mp3 files into m4a. http://www.maniactools.com/cgi-bin/download/m4a-to-mp3-converter.exe
