How can I return a Roxio Product?

So I recently bought a Roxio Game Capture device. I buy everything needed for this junk. Then I plug the USB into my computer to figure out it does not work. I try troubleshooting the problem but it ends up saying " Roxio GAMECAP doesn't have a driver" Can anyone please help me?! I just wasted 80$ on some trash that doesnt work, I cant get my hands on customer service, I searched everywhere for their return but nothing. Please help me! Is it an update I have to run or something? Please help me out here, this problem is really annoying. O and heres a tip : Dont buy their products.

The driver should on the disc. Did you try to find it at their website or contact them that was? You got a good deal on this thing...it sells for $99.00..also looks pretty "cool"!
