Where can i burn dvds?

I can't burn these dvds?

  • So, I just bought like these blank dvd disks and they're DVD-R, I have a few movies downloaded on my laptop and it's really weird, I burn them and then only some of the DVDs work, like I'll put them in the dvd player and it says disk error and then ejects itself, but that only happens with some of them, what's going on?

  • Answer:

When you burn a DVD, you have to finalise it, once you have copied everything you want across. This completes the burning process and allows the disc to be read by another DVD player. It's also possible your DVD player is unable to read the file format, if they are not MPEG4 files. The blank DVDs themselves may be faulty. Unlikely if branded ones, you find the ultra cheap ones can do that.

you need to finalize DVDs to play them on players , either finalize them after burning or burn them in disk-at -once mode which finalizes them automatically
