What cables to use to connect my studio monitors?

How Do I Record Using The BEHRINGER Xenyx 1204 Mixer, A Condenser Mic, Studio Monitors, And USB Interface?

• Note: I'm very NEW to this.....Please Help I have a Mac Mini. The BEHRINGER Xenyx 1204 Mixer includes the USB audio interface which has 2 RCA inputs and 2 outputs. I have 2 M-Audio Studio Monitors. I have the MXL 990 Condenser Microphone. A Sony Studio Headphones. I Use Garageband. What is the best way to connect everything? I want to be able to toggle between the headphones and Studio Monitors. How I Have Everything Currently Connected: I have the MAIN OUTPUTS connected to the back of the studio monitors. Then I have the CONTROL ROOM OUTPUTS connected into the INPUTS of the USB AUDIO INTERFACE. Then I have the OUTPUTS of the USB AUDIO INTERFACE connected into the CD/TAPE INPUTS of the MIXER. Lastly, I have the Condenser Mic connected into the XLR INPUT of the first Channel of the MIXER. YES, the PHANTOM POWER IS ON (It's Built in The Mixer). I'm not sure whether I have to turn one of the Knobs or push one of the buttons on the MIXER. I changed the OUTPUTS and INPUTS to the USB INTERFACE on both the MAC and GARAGEBAND. I have sound going through the Mixer and out the STUDIO MONITORS and HEADPHONES. (I'm now able to toggle between them!) Now How Can I RECORD!!!! Once again....I'm New to this...Please HELP!!   You have everything hooked up right. Good job. Do you get record levels when you press record with Garage band? If not, maybe Garage band does not recognize the Behringer interface? Plug your control room outs into the speakers to check to see if there is audio on them.
