Why are my VHS transfers so quiet?

Is there a place that transfers VHS to DVD?

  • For Christmas I want to get my grandparents home video's (VHS) put onto DVDs. Where can I have this done?

  • Answer:

I did this with my old family tapes. I sent them to this great company that puts them into an account online where I went in and edited them and ordered them to be burned to DVD. Great product and not to expensive go to http://www.stashspace.com/

YOUR BEST SOLUTION, IN MY OPINION, WOULD BE TO PURCHASE A DUAL VHS/DVD PLAYER,RECORDER UNIT. YOU CAN PURCHASE THESE FOR APPROX. 150.00 AT MOST RETAIL STORES. (THE PRICE IS COMING DOWN). THEN YOU CAN USE THE UNIT IN THE FUTURE TO EITHER DO THE SAME WITH IT, PLAY OR RECORD DVD MOVIES OR PLAY OLDER VHS MOVIES. I USUALLY DON'T ENDORSE ANY BRAND, HOWEVER, I DO OWN SEVERAL OF THESE UNITS (DIFFERENT BRANDS), AND IF I MAY SUGGEST, BUY THE MAGNAVOX. IT IS EASY TO USE, COST EFFECTIVE AND VERY DURABLE. ANY WALMART OR KMART AS WELL AS OTHERS WILL PROBABLY HAVE THEM IN STOCK.

Check your yellow pages for a local video transfer store. Many repair stores do video transfers as well.
