Whats the difference between the two listing price and as is value vs the listing price of an house ?
-
listed on the HUD homes site the as is value is higher then the listing price .Do that mean that you can get the home for the listing price Vs the as is value .Im looking to buy an home soon

Answer:
When you buy a HUD house they always require you use an agent- why not locate a great local buyers agent (HUD will be paying their fee) and you get help all along the way. If I could look at what you are looking at I could explain it. Your local agent could also do that. Be sure and compare HUD houses with other houses that are not foreclosures or REO's and pay a lot of attention to location.
