How to build self-confidence?

How do I build a city and an empire?

• I am 13 one of my dreams in life is to design and create and build the most amazing city on Earth? And live in it luxuriously. I am not going to waste the one chance of my life forgetting about dreams when I only can do them once. How can I build a city or a country like Dubai, and an empire like Virgin or Apple etc. I want to design a city by the ocean or on a tropical island i don't know, and i want to build it and live in it luxuriously and be the president of it or the mayor i don't know. How do I get enough money to do it, and how do i go about doing it all. I want to do degrees in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture etc but how do I create a city. My inspiration is Dubai, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and Honolulu. Thank you. I want to create a branded conglomerate like Virgin. I want to have like my own company's airline, custom designed car company, airports, entertainment, telecommunications, resorts, malls etc. Also how do I create like artificial islands for my city like in Dubai? And how do I do this all so I can live in my city. How long will it take to build. 10, 20 years?

  LOL. You dream big. However don't hold on to it. It's too big. Dream and try to achieve it. You create all of that with MONEY. You need MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, MONEY and you can do anything. How do you get it? By working, or winning the lottery or something. It's not impossible but it's very difficult. And it would cost to build around 20 years. And you can't really have your own city. It will be your country's city. You can only own land on it. And you will need at least 100 trillion dollars. Which is a lot, 100.000.000.000.000 and then you can build a city like dubai. You can actually design buildings and sell your ideas, but OWNING them is really difficult. Dream about a big house, luxury cars,but don't hold on to almost-impossible things. I mean it's not impossible, who knows you might do it, but it's very unlikely.
