Selling my house how many days.?
-
So i am selling my house and there is already a buyer and when everything is complete how many days do we have till we have to move out.
-
Answer:
Once you go to closing and sign the documents and hand over the keys then the home is no longer yours so you must have your stuff out or work out 'renting' it from the new owner. That part can blow a deal if the new owner wants to move in immediately.

Unless your contract states otherwise, you must have everything out before closing. At closing, you no longer own the home, the buyer does.
Friends here I wanna to say that early sell and buy depends on both seller and buyer party's interest and their needs. So your house buyer is in haste need, he/she'll buy ASAP. For eg here Sidhartha luxuria residency projects ready to sell and lots of buyer are in Queue..... Hope you would like it ------------------------- Regards Maheshsharmajee
