Can joint landlord take tenant deposit on their own?

I have a joint house....My tenant left the house...Estate agency has the deposit...I have to wait 2 months to get the deposit...I called the estate agency to get the deposit..They told me joint landlord is dealing with that....Agency didnt give me any information..Also said joint landlord can get all the deposit.. Agency doesn't even call me to keep me inform or offers...Because they want to deal with one landlord.. Is it possible???Can other landlord get the deposit to their account? Can i sue estate agency or the joint landlord? ***My name is on the mortgage and first name...Nearly i paid all the mortgage on my own for 2 years i can prove it... ***Basicly Joint landlord is trying to get deposit on their own and selling my house without my permission.... WHAT CAN I DO??please help Thanks
