• We're renting a home in Texas for far more than what it's worth and the issues are getting almost unbearable to live with - we are working on moving (are busy with jobs so it's harder...anyways in the meantime) but what can we do to get the property management company to come out here and take care of this stuff?? They'll have to anyways so might as well be while we're here too right? I heard that there's a letter you can write to the pmc that tells them whats wrong and they have ten days from then on to fix it - is that true? BTW never been late on rent in 7 years....that has to be something right?? Thanks for reading
